Moehring Update

Greetings from the Moehring family in 2010!
So far, the year has been pretty fast paced. I (Becca) went back to work (still part-time) on Jan 4 and right away had to start preparing for a major project milestone that finished today. I’m very glad that is over, it has been a bit crazy.
Our nanny took over duties for both kiddos and has been doing a marvelous job.
We’ve started the process to become members at our new church. Nate has joined a small group and has even had a chance to lead one of the discussions. Becca will be joining a ladies group in Feb.
Hannah is in the process of ‘real’ potty training. We had previously moved her to pull ups because they are supposed to help her recognize the wetness, but she is quite content to do her business in those. So, now we have upgraded to panties when we are at home which allows us to monitor her a little more closely. She seems to be doing a bit better letting us know, we just don’t always make it to the bathroom on time. J
Benjamin is 2 months old! He had his well visit today which included 4 shots. L He weighs 15 lbs 11 oz, is 23 ½ in tall, and has a head circumference of almost 16 in. Height and head values are over 75th percentile, and weight is off the chart. The doctor said he weighs more like what you would expect for a four month old! I was having a difficult time keeping his tummy full at first, but recently we have adjusted into a fairly regular 2 hour day time routine. He also sleeps very well at night which we are very thankful for. I recently went looking for a birth picture to place next to Hannah’s on my desk and ended up doing a little comparison activity. I was actually very amazed at how similar the two of them look as I really felt that Benjamin has a different look than Hannah. The pictures prove me wrong.
