I’ve been stuck in the land of Earned Value Training for the last two days. . . I have survived and looking forward to having two extra kiddos for the weekend.

Rebecca Diltz Nate Moehring I think it was a well put together class. . . I’m trying to get some PM training to help out my manager. I’m not convinced that EV is usuful for anything other than a leading indicator (and may cost us more to do than we could save if we could come up with a useful corrective action), but it probably doesn’t matter what I think.
Donald B I’ve found EV useful. It’s a matter of how it’s used.
Cassie W EV is useful but when we mixed reporting head count with it that wasn’t based off cost actuals that I ended up confused
