Ok, any chrome users out there . . . Is there an easy way to create a shortcut link to a website? Not a bookmark, a shortcut for my desktop. In IE, you just drag the icon out of the url bar. . . this is annoying.

Gary G you might try “save as” but I don’t think there is an easy way. Google wants you to stay in the browser and never leave. 😉
Adam ‘Jack’ H I just did it the same way as you do it in IE. Just grab the little world icon next to the url and drag it to the desktop.
Shaun L dragging out of the URL bar to make a shortcut still worked for me in Chrome.
Adam ‘Jack’ H Shaun, I win.
Shaun L I wonder how many use Chrome now.
Rebecca Diltz Nate Moehring Hmmm. . . it worked for me this time. I tried it then the https was crossed out red (not sure why Chrome doesn’t like gmail). thanks guys, I know I can always count on you.
