Words of Knowledge and Healing

Time for an update on the happenings of the School of Supernatural Ministry.  I’ve been a part of some pretty cool happenings.

1. Night 1
   1. I prayed for a woman’s shoulder and arm who said she’s had pain for 9 months, and it restricted her motion.  After praying several times she said all pain was gone and she had full range of motion.  Whenever I pray for someone I always stress to them that I don’t want them to say anything to please me.  I want them to be honest.  She said she felt great, so praise God.
   2. I partnered in praying for a woman over the phone who had experienced intense migraine headaches for 37 years.  These were debilitating headaches that caused loss of work and caused the whole family to suffer.  She had a complete healing, no more headaches, and the family feels like they have been set free from a prison.  The woman said she felt like something shot out of her hands.
   3. I prayed for 2 women who had one leg shorter than the other.  This is a common cause for back and hip pains.  For the first woman, I didn’t personally feel like I saw anything change, but it happened extremely quickly.  She immediately felt like she had been healed and her back pain was gone.  Praise the Lord, but if left me scratching my head.  The second woman was the opposite.  I swear I saw her one leg grow to match the length of the other leg (about 1/4 inch), but she said she felt no change and still had back pain.  Left me  scrtach my head again, but I know what I saw, and I encouraged her with that.
2. Night 2
   1. I had a word of knowledge that a man with a blue shirt had shoulder pain.  Turned out to be true, and he felt like his back turned cold while we prayed for him, and he said the pain reduced tremendously.
   2. I had a word of knowledge for someone’s jaw, though I didn’t realize it was a word of knowledge at the time.  We were asking the Spirit for an encounter.  I felt weight in my knees and strangely on my jaw, like someone was pushing my face.  Later someone else had a word of knowledge for jaws.  When a woman said she had bad problems with grinding and lock-jaw, I then understood the feeling I had earlier in my jaw.
   3. Later I felt a word of knowledge in my lower right back, right side of my neck, and back of my head.  One individual jumped up and said “that’s me”.  We prayed, although he said he the pain did not go away completely, he said it was definitely diminished and felt very “different”.
3. Day 3
   1. I recieved a number of words of knowledge during a healing service.  Pain in the heal, sad memories (associated with a pleasant smell), pain in the teeth, stressful life decisions (for a specific person, not related to provisions).  If you ask God, he will tell you what to pray for others.  Why, because he wants to bless them more than you want to bless them.  He loves his children and wants to minister to them through you.  And because we are his friends, and he wants to talk to his friends.

I haven’t seen a lot of miraculous healings yet, but I know fully that God wants to bless people through words of knowledge and prophecy, and it feels great to be a part of that.  God gives the gifts, all we have to do is  put our hearts in a position to receive.
