This is how you make an indoor tornado . . . my first attempt, I didn’t use duct tape and we made a little mess. So I had daddy help me re-tape with the correct equipment (you also need a washer between the 2 liters to help the funnel form) and voila! Hannah chose the color (pink) and the book recommended to use glitter as debris, but we didn’t have any so I skipped that part. But we made lots of tornadoes! When we were about ready for the tornado-maker to be gone, we took it with us to the park to share the joy with our neighbors. Everyone had a great time making their own tornadoes, but the littles had a hard time shaking the bottle instead of their bottoms!
