Cells

We made jello cells as a visualization of the differences between animal and plant cells. The plant cell was hardened in a tupperware so that it would have “defined” walls whereas the animal cell was hardened in a baggie to signify how the cells are more fluid. We added fruit to signify the things inside a cell (organelles). I don’t know if the points really came across to Hannah, but this was the first time we’ve talked about cells so I’m sure we’ll get a chance to discuss again. We did have a good time eating them though. 🙂
