We got up, cleaned up, and packed up in the morning. We weren’t in a super hurry to get out and there was a food distribution in progress so we worked around everyone. We all made it home around 9pm.
We did some great work this past week. Due to the virus, we didn’t get to do as much person to person work but might have had less of that anyway with the kids. What we do know is that seeds were planted (not just at the garden) and that God promises that his word will not return void. We are looking forward to seeing how the 15 kids that went on the trip grow up and use these experiences to shine their lights for Jesus!
