Today is Proverbs 31 Properties’ 4th Anniversary!
I told Nate I needed 5 years before he jumped off the deep end, so the pressure is on, haha.
We have used a couple of the houses for ministry so that cuts back on profit, but makes us happy. In the last year, we sold one of those to the church so they wouldn’t have to pay taxes.
Despite the crazy market, I have gotten a couple of good deals this year and might have one more soon. I might make my goals after all.
