Well, it is on to a new adventure. It is always a good day to learn something new.
We are trying out an owner finance on the lot that had the house that burned down. I decided we really didn’t have time to do a build this year. Hopefully, I can work out all the tax implications and paperwork details and then I’ll know how to do all that. And maybe some day we’ll try a build. 
Debbie D Aunt Doneane is an expert at owner financing. She can probably give you a few pointers!
Pat H I don’t know the laws in your state, but I think it’s a much easier investment in real estate than rentals. I’d be happy to answer questions based on my experience.
