    Rebecca saved me lots of kneading, also got to use my electric knife which we usually only get out at Thanksgiving
    Debbie D I have an old electric meat slicer I use to slice bread. I can adjust the thickness of the slice. I use a bread machine, because I cannot knead bread any more. I have thought about doing sour dough bread but have not. Yours looks delicious
    Rebecca Hannah gave me a thumbs up, the only thing I’m worried about is how long it will stay fresh and not get hard in the fridge. A slicer with width adjustment would be cool.
    Debbie D I slice and freeze. Pull out what I need. Vacuum sealing helps keep it fresh longer. Just do not vacuum seal to much
